Gold Standard Legal Nurse Consultants is a consulting firm that specializes in review and investigations of medical records and founded by Rosa Ortega-Tucker. A Neonatal Intensive Care and Labor & Delivery nurse by trade. She is a Masters prepared Registered Nurse with Nurse Executive Board Certification.

She obtained her National Certification as a CLNC through the prestigious Vickie Milazzo Institute and has over 24 years of experience in bedside nursing, management including risk management and the healthcare system.
